Please look at the Weber State University Richard Richards Ethics Scholarship application online at WSU Ethics. You also need to write a 50-word ethics essay.  This is for a $1,000 scholarship. Fill out scholarship application and other documentation and follow the directions online. IT IS DUE NO LATER THAN 03-01-19. The Richard Richards Ethics committee will select recipient from each school. Students will receive additional recognition at the WSU Ethics Banquet. Good luck!

T.H. Bell Teaching Incentive Loan Program

The Teaching Incentive Loan Program (TIL) is state funded and jointly administered by the State Board of Education and the State Board of Regents. The program consists of a waiver (of tuition and fees at Utah public institutions, and $995 per semester at Utah private institutions) to be used for a period not to exceed eight semesters. Engineering for you (E4U) is a video competition open to individuals in middle school and up. There is a $25,000 grand prize and $5,000 People’s choice awards as well as category prizes to the most inspiring 1-2 minute videos focused on how engineering serves human welfare and the needs of society. ACCESS Program for Women in Science and Mathematics – University of Utah

Too many young women believe that only men can have a successful career in the sciences, or worry that studying science at a major research university would be “too hard” for them. ACCESS exists to dispel those myths, and to provide female students an introduction to science at the U, a strong foundation in research, and a supportive network of classmates with whom they can collaborate (and commiserate!) through their years at the U. This scholarship comes with a $3,500 cash stipend that doesn’t conflict with other merit scholarships they may earn.

Ben Dixon Memorial Scholarship
