Note: this is for students transferring to Bonneville High School from another institution. If you are entering Bonneville in 10th Grade and attended South Ogden Junior High or TH Bell Junior High for 9th grade, you DO NOT need to fill out his form. We already have your information.
Welcome to Bonneville High School. To begin the registration process, first complete this Google Form.
After you have completed this form, you will be contacted by Bonneville's Registrar to set up an appointment to complete the registration process.
Required Documents for Registration
- Registration Packet
- Immunization Records
- Birth Certificate
- TWO (2) forms proof of residency
- Unofficial transcripts and withdrawal grades
- Course Request
If applicable
- IEP/504 documents
- Court documents for guardianship/custody.
