American Muscle Automotive Scholarship

Grade: 12

Scholarship Value: $2,500

Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors enrolling full time in an accredited United State college, trade school, or technical institute for an automotive degree or related field of study.  Those students who have exceptional drive and ambition should submit a 700-1500 word essay tellings us "who you are and how you plan on using your automotive education to incite positive change and innovation within the custom car industry".  Please visit: American Muscle to apply. 

American Trucks Student Scholarship

Branson Shows Inspired Scholarship

CJ Pony Parts Scholarship Video Contest

Daniels Scholarship

The Daniels Scholarship Program is a four year annually renewable college scholarship for graduating high school seniors who demonstrate exceptional character, leadership and a commitment to serving their communities. Applicants for the scholarship must also demonstrate financial need. Students no longer need to be nominated in order to apply for the Daniels Scholarship. Instead, students will have direct access to the online scholarship application on the Daniels Fund website at: Daniels ScholarshipAPPLY EARLYThe application opens September 15th. Don’t wait until the last minute. You need to have taken the ACT (minimum ACT score of 17 in each category-writing score is not required) or SAT (minimum SAT math score of 470 and evidence-based reading & writing score of 450) All test scores must come from a single test, and must be uploaded by the application deadline. You also need to complete FAFSA at https://fafsa.ed.gov  (Refer to the Daniels Scholarship website for information on selection criteria and eligibility criteria.)  You must be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States.

Employment Boost Academic Scholarship

Grade: 12

Scholarship Value: $1,000

Scholarship is open to incoming college students who have at least a 3.6 GPA. There is a scholarship open onlyto students studying in a Business or Stem (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) fields, and a general scholarship where the applicant must read and interpret a given poem.  For the Stem scholarship, applicant must submit an essay on a given topic related to technology. George Montgomery/NRA Youth Wildlife Art Contest

Grade: 10-12

Scholarship Value: $250-$750

This contest encourages youth to nurture their interest for the visual arts, hunting and wildlife conservation. It also reinforces the positive effects of hunting and wildlife conservation. Entries must portray any North American game bird or animal that may be legally hunted or trapped. Endanered species and non-game animals such as eagles and snakes are not eligible subjects. Heisman High School Scholarship

Horatio Alger Scholarship

This program assists high school seniors who have faced and overcome great obstacles in their young lives, and are planning to register for school the Fall after graduation. Applicants should also demonstrate critical financial need ($55,000 or lower adjusted gross family income), Maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA and be a US citizen. JMJ Phillip Group College Scholarships

The KidGuard for Education Scholarship is part of our effort to bring awareness and inspire solutions on issues such as cyberbullying, online predators, impact of online gaming, teen suicide, phone dependency, and childhood depression in the age of technology. Nomination to the United States Naval, Air Force, and Merchant Marine Academies or the Military Academy at West Point

Students who are interested in entering one of the service academies in July are encouraged to begin an online application by clicking on the services section at: United States Senate . Completed applications and all supporting documents must be submitted to Senator Mike Lee’s office. While a congressional nomination is an important part of the process, please note that it is the academies themselves who make the actual appointments. The nomination and appointment process can be extremely competitive and the academic, character and physical requirements at each academy will be very demanding. Students are encouraged to begin the process as soon as possible as the process of submitting an application and gathering all supporting documents can take some time. More information on the application process is available through the academy coordinators in Senator Mike Lee’s Salt Lake City Office at 801-524-5933.

Olene S. Walker Transition to Adult Living Scholarship

Grade: 12

Deadline: 10-31-22 for Spring Semester 2023

Transition to Adult living Scholarship: The scholarship is designed to assist qualified youth who are transitioning out of state foster care to complete a post-secondary education program (degree or certificate) at one of the Utah System of Higher Education institutions. The scholarship is sponsored by private donors in partnership with the Utah Educational Savings Plan. The maximum yearly scholarship award is $5,000 for full-time enrollment (12 or more credit hours), $3,750 for three quarters-time enrollment (9-11 hours), and $2,500 for part-time enrollment (6-8 hours). The scholarship may be renewed up to four years depending on satisfactory academic progress and availability of funds. Students must re-apply each year to renew the scholarship. Visit Olene S. The TEACH Grant Program

University of Oregon

The University of Oregon has a new scholarship program – the Summit and Apex scholarships. The Summit and Apex Scholarships recognize students who have reached the pinnacle of achievement in high school. The Summit will provide out-of-state students with $32,000 over four years, or the Apex will award them $16,000. Recipients of either scholarship will be able to combine the Summit or Apex award with most other UO scholarships, such as the General University or Diversity Excellence Scholarships. The awards will be granted automatically based on GPA and tests scores as follows:

Summit 3.80 GPA or higher on a 4.00 scale, 1200 combined critical reading and math SAT or 26 ACT

Apex 3.65 GPA or higher on a 4.00 scale, 1150 combined critical reading and math SAT or 25 ACT
