Bonneville High School Auditorium Use Policies

BHS Auditorium Use Form

  1. All requests to use the auditorium must go through Lindsea Garside <Email Lindsea Garside > using the Auditorium Use form.

  2. Requests will be considered based on availability of space and the Bonneville Tech Crew.

  3. All forms must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the event.

  4. All equipment, media, and agenda/script must be given to Ms. Garside at least one week prior to the event.

  5. No information should go through the student tech crew.  All communication should go through Ms. Garside <Email Lindsea Garside >.

  6. If the above is not received by the deadline we reserve the right to deny Technical Support for the event.

  7. On the day of the event please keep noise and loitering to a minimum to allow the Crew to work most efficiently.

  8. Any requests given to the Crew the day of the event will not be able to be accommodated.

  9. Any concerns while in the Auditorium must be directed to the Stage Manager.
