We are so proud of our Lakers — congratulations on an amazing showing! 🏊♂️

We are beyond proud to celebrate Haylie Rice and her extraordinary achievement! 🎉 Haylie has been accepted into the 54th Annual Utah All-State High School Art Show, an honor in itself—but she didn’t stop there. Her incredible piece, Echoes of a Byzantine Icon, was selected by Congressman Blake Moore as the First Place Award winner for our congressional district! 🏆🎨
As part of this prestigious recognition, Haylie will receive a cash scholarship, and her artwork will be proudly displayed in the United States Capitol Building in Washington, D.C. for the entire 2026–2027 school year. Only three students in the entire state of Utah are chosen for this honor, making Haylie’s accomplishment truly exceptional.
Haylie’s success is a direct reflection of her hard work, focus, and unwavering dedication to her craft. She shows up every day with purpose and a genuine passion for growth as an artist, and seeing her talent recognized at such a high level is both thrilling and incredibly well deserved. 💙
Be sure to check out more of Haylie’s amazing work—including her Autobiographical Comic and Arches National Park tunnel book—on display in the Senior Hall display cabinet. Congratulations, Haylie! We couldn’t be prouder! 🌟

We are beyond proud of Laker Kolbe Keller for earning a spot in the All-State Band for the 2025–26 school year! This is an incredible achievement that reflects Kolbe’s talent, dedication, and hard work. Way to represent the Lakers with excellence—congratulations, Kolbe! 👏🎺💙

There will be a FREE DINNER from Mi Puebla, a dance showcase from our Latinos in Action club, a presentation about essential Bonneville information, and then a ton of helpful informational booths to help students and families be successful at school or in the community (for example, tips on using PowerSchool, school counselor Q+A, food pantry information, and many more).
This event has been coordinated with school and district leaders to be something meaningful, fun, and helpful for our community. Please note, this is a CONE-WIDE event, meaning students and families that will feed into Bonneville eventually are also invited to attend. In fact, we will have games and activities for the younger kids during the presentation. Please bring your whole family and tell your friends all about it!
Can't wait to see many of you there!
